Enter the employee's identity and family information.

Step 2 · Communication

Address and contact

Provide permanent, present, and emergency contact details.

Permanent address * Letters, numbers, spaces, and common address punctuation are allowed. Automatically converted to uppercase. Contact address * Same as permanent address Personal mobile number * Exactly 10 numeric digits; letters, spaces and symbols are not accepted. Emergency contact person * Alphabets only; no spaces. Automatically converted to uppercase. Emergency contact number * Exactly 10 numeric digits. Relationship * Alphabets and spaces only. Automatically converted to uppercase.

Step 3 · Qualification

Education details

Include college name, university, degree, year, and other relevant details.

UG college details * Alphabets and spaces only. Automatically converted to uppercase. B.Ed degree college details * Alphabets only; no spaces. Automatically converted to uppercase.

Step 4 · Payroll

Bank account details

Bank details are encrypted before storage. Enter the employee's salary account.

Bank name * Indian bank names are preloaded; another regulated bank name can also be entered. Account holder name * Alphabets only; no spaces. Automatically converted to uppercase. Account number * Numeric digits only; spaces and special characters are not allowed. Confirm account number * IFSC code * Use the 11-character IFSC printed on the bank passbook or cheque.

Step 5 · Evidence

Documents and photo

Maximum 8.00 MB per file. The photo must be JPG/JPEG/PNG; other documents accept PDF/JPG/JPEG/PNG. Password-protected or encrypted PDFs are rejected; upload an unlocked copy.

Recent Passport-Size Photo Required JPG, JPEG or PNG only. Use a clear, recent photograph. Aadhaar Card Required Upload a clear masked Aadhaar copy where available. Password-protected e-Aadhaar PDFs are not accepted.
